Blighted Plains

In view of increased Dark Side activity, a zone east of Blighted Fortress has been opened up to ease the tightness of XP'ing within the Blight.

The zone will still undergo minor atmospheric changes, but is fully operational.

Credits go to a long string of immortals who have worked on it: Macros, Vyakan, Cheiron, Itrana, Virox, myself (apologies if I've forgotten anyone.)

This zone is low-mid level XP and will be the junction point for two other zones slated to go in some time in the New Year.
