Clan Masters, we need to setup ranking quests for your clans. Please PM the admins a list of the quests you want people to do at each rank or every 2nd rank for them to be eligible for rank.

Now that activity is picking up and we have Clan Masters playing this is part of your responsibility. If you don't step up to the plate when you are actively playing then you'll be a figurehead for the clan and not allowed to order or effect the clan in any way. You are expected to be keeping track of those lower then you and give quests and promote them in a timely matter. If you don't know how to check on a players status in your clan see an immortal and they will show you how to fire the scripts.

Now, in order to facilitate those playing in opposite time zones or should a Clan Master go inactive, we are going to be setting up an automated system to rank, though if the Clan Master is active every effort should be made to go through him or her first before turning to the automated system or the Immortals.

If you would like to see other automated quests besides ranking ones or the current cp awarding ones also let us know. Remember you can issue things for subordinates to do and award them cps. Keep both reasonable.

Obviously this doesn't apply to 301, correct?

Right. 301 has a different structure then most clans. Though you should be keeping track and promote them when needed in between the important ranks so an immortal doesn't have to. You should have a Novice Book that will track their cps and their weave status. its only the classes i've yet to figure out a way to get set onto it.

We really want to promote RP within the clans and activity between members. Its easy to have everyone going off doing their own thing and never the twain shall meet.

Just out of curiosity, what makes you a clan master here? What rank?

As a footnote to this:

I want to see ranking quests posted to the relevant clan's forums.

This is to ensure they are equivalent across the clans and to ensure nobody is getting anything more difficult than others.
