First of all, I'm going to leave this open for viewing by mortals (though they've been able to view some of it for some time).
The main reason for this is, if everyone knows what the rules are for everyone, there are less grey areas of knowledge to confuse issues.
It should be noted that Shawnyve, Maxim, Niila or myself reserve the right to make ad-hoc decisions on Immortal (or mortal) policy at any time (though any changes will be posted for everyone to see).
