Wetlanders and Aiel have blanket, pillows, etc for increasing the regen rate of moves and health. To my knowledge, Shadowspawn do not have anything comparable. I would suggest these items be added, perhaps something heinous like a "supple human skin" for a blanket or something.

Not going to happen - and if I had the time, I'd remove them from the other sides as well.

Basic Regeneration has been changed many times in players favor already.
