Housing

I've copied this from the imm boards for player consideration.
HOUSES IN MURANDY
Citizens native to Murandy (PC's) can elect to buy property. You must be a citizen of Murandy (clan 202), or belong to one of its noble families in some capacity (clans 230-234).
You CANNOT have two lots of property - ie: if you are in clan 202 AND one of the noble clans, you cannot have two different lots of housing. Nor can you add your ranks from both to gain extra rooms (see below).
For each rank in either clan, you can gain one (1) room. This comes at a cost of 25K.
Each room can have no more than three (3) mobs zedited into it. Mobs come at a cost of 1K per level of the mob. No more than a total of 15 mobs max, regardless of room number in the building.
There is no cost to adding objects, as long as they are asked for reasonably - if they want gold statues and similar stuff, use your judgement for a price.
Properties can be built in the city of Lugard itself, any of Murandy's other settlements, or even in the wild somewhere.
Consider this a working basis for player housing anywhere else. All costs, etc subject to change.
