In Muddy Swampland
A thin film of water covers the mud, enhancing its sticky and glossy
appearance. Decaying leaves and branches cover the watery earth in many
patches, exuding a warm and murky stench that is predominately present in the
air. The trees surrounding this area of the swampland are rooted precariously,
many of them leaning with their roots sticking up in the air; the mud is far
too soft for the support needed to hold these towering giants. As a result of
the soft earth, there are many fallen trees. They block off passage west and
south. North, grayish specks raised over the muddy floor are visible, while to
the east, murky darkness conceals much of the landscape's detail.

The corpse of a small insect is lying here.
The corpse of a mosquito is lying here.

The ground shifts under your feet.
An Oval Cavern
A wide, egg shaped cavern lies at the end of the tunnel to the south. The
opening leads into the middle of the egg, with a drop of several feet to the
floor, which is never really level, as it slopes around into the walls, which
merge into the ceiling. A large pile of refuse has gathered in the middle of
the room, where the floor is lowest. Bits of bone and flesh are mixed in with
other rubbish, marking this as the garbage depository for those who live here.

A Long Corridor Deep in the Palace
A strange twilight lies over the area, muffling all color and sound.
Bracketing masterful pieces of art and tattered and ancient banners, pillars
crafted from silver veined marble rise into great heights to support the high
ceiling overhead. The ceiling, as is with much of the interior design of the
palace, is full of hard angles and polished panes. The cornices are riddled
with repeating square and diamond patterns, and even the plaster mouldings are
contoured into shapes as curve-less as possible. The tiled walls are of deep
blue, almost black stone, and seem to glare and throw off spears of light.
Magnificently fashioned sconces mounted along the upper quarter of the walls
take a shred of the gloominess out of the interior, but not enough to usurp the
dominant obscurity present. This corridor presses on east and west, full of
strict bends and straight passages.

Yeah, he got out. But then died in the swamp after leaving amd then going back to fight and hagging out. Honestly I was more annoyed searching for the Mistress in Tel'aranrhiod than what happened. I sent Grimrak a msg saying well played sir. Haha. but I asked him if he could unstack so we could get our goods.

Instead he chose to bring all our stuff to TV Road for us.

The last bit there is what makes me love this place. Good guy, Grimrak. Sportsmanship. Love it. And it is one of a hundred things makes this place not Wotmud. :)

Wow.. that's some serious amount of mobs right there. Maybe there could be some sort of a limit how many mobs a room with just one exit with a door can hold?

I'll do something about it when I remember - put a nomob entrance on the room to prevent any from wandering in randomly that are not intended to be there.

They were stacked in this case. The blackdoor loads closed so there's a very limited time mobs could wander in and someone would have to open it first.

There were any number of things I could have done to have fixed that. Windstorm begun before going in, just in case. Fled out right away if door was open. Not walked headfirst into a trap like an idiot...haha
