MC's and Taint

For new players (and I mean new players, not new alts) who have little understanding of how Taint works on the MUD, we are willing to roll Taint back to a more manageable level ONCE.

This is akin to the policy we have on restoring burn-out once if done by accident/link loss/etc one time.
