I am just wondering if maybe there's a problem with the coding for this. The Kandor Ambassador (Ordon) in TV hasn't awarded for rumor trades for me in a long time. They're always at Certain before I go. A lot of time, I will keep collecting at Certain just to increase the chances.
I was ranked not too long ago so I am wondering if it stops rewarding for that at a certain rank or something.

It's not coded - it's scripted.
That little distinction causes all manner of problems for us.
Everybody has their own way of scripting stuff out, and this particular one was done by Tular (who at times boggled even Maxim when he was trying to follow what was going on within his triggers).
Ranking wont stop the trigger from working - or at least I cant find anything in it that would cause that to occur.
There is however, a chance a rumor turn in will fail despite the rating it's at - just going from memory when I used to do a lot of it on morts myself.
Keep us appraised if it still fails to award, and if the trigger IS no longer working for sure, we'll have to come up with some alternative means of working CP's for the clans this usually functions with.

Hasn't rewarded since first time I posted. I'm don't collect as often as I once did but I've probably turned in 5 or 6 times since i posted last (5 or 6 times with 5 rumours at certain - means about 25 to 30 rumours) and never gotten another cp from it.
He always says it's cold when I turn them in. Shawnyve messed around with these once, fixing them slightly. The percentages were bit off but I don't know if she remembers what she did or anything else about them.

Yeah, I can vouch for Tular. I wiiiiiish I was that creative.
Also, is it made so you need the exact phrasing used when you collect or can you actually hit a command and it'll auto do it?
And what if someone made it to the King/Queen rank in a country clan? Is there an actual plan for that scenario or is it going to be on the fly when someone achieves it?
I lack the patience for it, but I know a couple that spend a lot of time playing the rumor mill. This also gives me an idea for a way to mix things up a bit.

I messed around with it and got nowhere and then had Audrya work on fixing it which she did at the time. I'm not sure really what to do with it. Once i'm feeling better I'll see if I can look at it again but no promises on a fix...lol
