What am I doing wrong? Is the ring not working or is there just always a possibility my rumor will not be accepted regardless of my certainty? Again this is my first time turning in rumors so I could just be missing something everyone else already knows!

Oops I forgot that also the ring did not reset my rumors after I turned them in.

I took a look at the rumor code, one of the phrases Lady Maighdin used in response indicates you may need to be ranked in a clan.

If that is the case let me or Ganelon know and one of us will take care of that unless there is a quest required.
